Initiative Showcase

FLO Hyderabad has contributed to impacting grassroots communities, FLO members, and women at large through strategic initiatives across various sectors. With a reach of close to 21,000 women and children, these efforts have driven tangible change. At a special Initiative Showcase, each vertical presented its achievements through dedicated stalls, highlighting progress in entrepreneurship, healthcare, education, skilling, handlooms, and rural empowerment.

The MSME Assist Cell strengthened the MSME ecosystem through policy recommendations, a Ready Reckoner of MSME schemes, and key partnerships. GrowthForge – The Startup and Incubation Cell fostered entrepreneurial learning through MoUs, workshops, and the Spark Tank cohort.

WHealth launched a Pediatric Remedial Care and Activity Room, benefiting over 15,000 children annually, and introduced bedside care training for rural marginalized women to enhance employability in the healthcare sector. SaKala supported traditional weavers by enhancing skills and promoting handlooms.

In education and skilling, EduSkill provided financial and digital literacy training through initiatives like Tally Pro. Resilient Roots empowered 100 rural women farmers with financial literacy, environmental awareness, and skill development.

These initiatives were made possible with the support of McLean Group, VisionTek, Swastik Spices Education Initiative, and collaborations with Gaurangee, WellWork, and YogiBear Collective.
