MoU Signing with Jeppiaar University

FLO Chennai, led by Chairperson Dr. Divya Abhishek, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jeppiaar University to strengthen academic-industry collaboration, promote skill development, and foster entrepreneurship with 10 attendees. This initiative aims to create a dynamic ecosystem of learning and innovation, particularly for women.

The MoU encompasses a wide range of initiatives aimed at empowering students and professionals through structured programs, hands-on training, and knowledge-sharing platforms. Under this agreement, FLO Chennai and Jeppiaar University will collaborate on industry-aligned education by introducing certification courses, workshops, and guest lectures by industry leaders to provide students with practical insights and real-world exposure. These courses will be designed to align with market trends, ensuring that students gain relevant skills to enhance their employability.

Recognizing the growing need for entrepreneurship, the MoU also focuses on providing structured mentorship, business development guidance, and access to funding opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs. FLO Chennai will work closely with Jeppiaar University to support innovative startup ideas, particularly those that are woman-led.

Additionally, the collaboration will include intensive training programs, leadership development initiatives, and technical skill-building workshops catering to students, faculty, and working professionals. These programs will be curated by industry experts to enhance competencies in areas such as business management, digital transformation, finance, marketing, and sustainability.

The MoU also emphasizes research and innovation, where both institutions will work together on studies that contribute to technological advancements, business innovations, and sustainable solutions.
