FLO Uttarakhand, under the dynamic leadership of Chairperson Dr. Geeta Khanna, organized a comprehensive Health Screening Camp in collaboration with a local NGO. The initiative focused on raising awareness and providing preventive healthcare services related to non-communicable diseases. The health camp was organized under the Health & Wellness initiative, which focuses on equipping women with the necessary resources to take care of their well-being.
Initiative lead Gurkiran Pathak and team members, Dr Giggle Rastogi and Smriti Batta, ensured things went smoothly to make this event successful. The camp offered free services including blood tests, general health check-ups, eye examinations, and distribution of corrective eye glasses and essential medicines — all free of cost. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the community, reaffirming FLO Uttarakhand’s commitment to health and wellness for all.
Hon’ble Mayor Shri Saurabh Thapliyal graced the occasion and lauded the efforts of FLO Uttarakhand, appreciating their dedication towards making healthcare accessible at the grassroots level. Dr. Geeta Khanna emphasized the importance of early detection and community engagement in combating lifestyle-related illnesses and highlighted the role of FLO in supporting such impactful initiatives.
