FLO Jaipur, under the leadership of Dr. Rimmi Shekhawat, in collaboration with AWWA, hosted a series of grooming and personality development sessions at Sapta Shakti, Vaishali. These sessions are aimed at improving self-presentation, confidence, and professional etiquette among wives of soldiers. This grooming workshop is a part of a wide program related to entrepreneur development, which also includes soft skills training, storytelling workshops, and crochet workshops.
The workshop saw attendees actively engage in learning how to project themselves with elegance, confidence, and poise. The sessions focused on practical aspects of grooming, effective communication, body language, and personal style, providing tools for women to leave a lasting impression in both professional and social settings.
For many participants, the workshop was a unique opportunity to focus on themselves, explore their personal style, and gain the confidence to express it. Several women shared that these sessions were not just about appearance—they were about building self-esteem, inner confidence, and personal growth.
Some highlighted how nervous they had felt in social or professional settings before, and how these sessions helped them overcome hesitation, embrace their presence, and express themselves more freely. The Grooming Workshop was much more than skill-building—it was a transformative experience of self-discovery, confidence, and empowerment. The wives of soldiers left the sessions with renewed self-assurance, elegance, and a sense of pride in presenting themselves with poise.
Over 50 enthusiastic participants became a part of this interesting workshop. This initiative exemplifies FICCI FLO’s commitment to empowering women through programs that combine practical skills with personal transformation, reinforcing the idea that true empowerment comes not only from abilities but also from the confidence to showcase them.
