FLO Mumbai, under the leadership of Chairperson Seema Saroj and its Executive Committee, in collaboration with Helping Hands, organised an engaging and insightful session titled “Rewire Your Brain – Reimagine Your Possibilities!” on 22nd October 2026 at The St. Regis, Lower Parel, Mumbai. The session explored the fascinating relationship between the brain, thoughts, beliefs and behaviours, encouraging participants to understand how changing their thinking patterns can influence their experiences and possibilities.
The programme was led by Saloni Suri, a Neuro Coach, Trainer, Author, Speaker and Mindfulness Teacher, who shared practical insights into the functioning of the brain and techniques to develop greater awareness and positive thinking. The session highlighted how the brain is naturally wired to seek rewards and how it can operate in survival mode, often keeping individuals within their comfort zones. Participants were encouraged to recognise their thought patterns, challenge limiting beliefs and consciously develop more constructive responses.
The techniques discussed included cultivating positive beliefs, taking responsibility for one’s thoughts and actions, practising specificity in goals, and using the 1:5 approach to thinking and reframing. The importance of words, repetition and journaling was also emphasised as a means of reinforcing positive thought patterns. Participants were encouraged to practise journaling in the present tense, use positive and personal affirmations, and consciously repeat empowering thoughts to strengthen new mental habits.
The session provided an opportunity for reflection, learning and self-discovery, reinforcing the idea that meaningful transformation begins within. It encouraged members to recognise their potential, embrace new perspectives and take conscious steps towards personal and professional growth. The programme reflected FICCI FLO Mumbai’s continued commitment to empowering women through knowledge, self-development, mindfulness and holistic well-being.
