FLO Chennai, under the leadership of Chairperson Dr. Amulya Rao, organized Mango Mania 2026, a vibrant and memorable evening under the Agriculture, Agro-Based Food Processing Vertical. Held at VSPACEZ, Nungambakkam, Chennai, the event brought together 100 FLO members for an engaging celebration centred around mangoes, food, fun, and fellowship.
The event venue was transformed into a cheerful and welcoming space inspired by the colours and essence of mangoes. Members arrived dressed in shades of yellow, green, and gold, perfectly complementing the theme and adding to the festive ambience. The atmosphere reflected warmth, nostalgia, and celebration from the moment members walked in.
A unique aspect of the event was its collaborative approach. Twenty-five members enthusiastically contributed homemade potluck dishes, showcasing creativity and culinary talent through a variety of mango-inspired recipes and delicacies. Fifty-three members supported the event through sponsorship contributions, making the gathering a collective effort driven by participation and teamwork.
The thoughtfully curated menu featured a wide range of mango-based dishes and beverages that became one of the highlights of the evening. Members enjoyed tasting innovative recipes while exchanging conversations and experiences in a relaxed setting. Carefully planned seating arrangements and a comfortable environment ensured that attendees could interact freely and enjoy the evening without stress.
