Puja Garg, National President, FICCI FLO, called on Shri Chirag Paswan, Hon’ble Union Minister for Food Processing Industries, to reinforce FICCI FLO’s proposal seeking the Ministry’s partnership for the India Women Trade Fair (IWTF) 2026, scheduled for 18–20 December 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
During the meeting, she highlighted FICCI FLO’s extensive work across its pan-India network in skilling, upskilling and nurturing women entrepreneurs in food processing, agriculture and agri-produce. With a strong entrepreneurial membership in these sectors, FICCI FLO has supported women at the grassroots and mid-level through skill development, enterprise creation, cottage industries and initiatives connecting farm produce to processing and markets.
She also underscored how IWTF 2026 will provide a national platform to connect women entrepreneurs with buyers, corporates, investors and government institutions, creating opportunities for market access, business partnerships and enterprise growth. The meeting was positive, with the Hon’ble Minister assuring support for the initiative.
