FLO Ahmedabad organised the “Har Ghar Tiranga” Awareness Rally on 15th August 2026, led by Rutvi Vyas. More than 500 young learners took part with immense enthusiasm, pride, and patriotic spirit. Inspired by the vision of the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, the initiative was designed not merely as a celebration but as a meaningful learning experience for children. Along with the rally, the programme highlighted the importance of the National Flag, the values represented by the Tiranga, and the spirit behind our Independence.
Children were closely involved in the event. They took part in speeches and character presentations, which helped build their public speaking skills and self-expression. They also worked with their teachers to create decorations and event materials, which gave them a real sense of ownership and teamwork. Through the programme, children explored the sacrifices and contributions of freedom fighters, and learned how national pride can be expressed through participation.
The activities encouraged them to take responsibility and lead, and helped them understand their role as responsible citizens of tomorrow. The event was organised under the leadership of Chairperson Usha Jaiswal, and hosted by Rutvi Vyas, Rajvi Parikh, Gopi Trivedi and Prachi Patwani. Several outcomes stood out. Patriotism was experienced through participation, respect for the National Flag grew, and children gained confidence and communication skills.
They also showed creativity and teamwork, and their learning extended beyond the classroom into an experiential activity. The initiative reinforced FLO Ahmedabad’s belief that when children learn, participate, create, speak, and lead, education becomes a lifelong experience. It closed with the message that guided the whole event: Har Ghar Tiranga, for awareness, for nation, for tomorrow.
