FLO Ahmedabad organised “Gold Glitters – A Masterclass in Investing” on 15th July 2026 at The Grand Bhagwati, Ahmedabad. The event was held under the FLO National Financial Literacy Vertical initiative and brought together women entrepreneurs and professionals for networking and learning. The programme began with a Power Circle Networking Meet on the theme “Refer Me Right!”.
Members introduced themselves with a focus on business referrals and collaboration, which helped them identify opportunities and strengthen their referral networks. This was followed by the financial literacy masterclass, led by Mr. Deepesh Arora, Founder & Director of Silverline Wealth Management Pvt. Ltd., and Ms. Shreya Dave, Financial Literacy Trainer. The speakers covered investment planning and wealth creation, and looked closely at gold as a strategic investment asset alongside modern investment avenues.
They also discussed portfolio diversification, risk management and long-term wealth building. An interactive Q&A session gave participants the chance to ask about investments and financial planning, and to get direct answers to their own questions. The event was attended by 100 FLO members, along with the two speakers. The session ran for about two hours and also reached over 500 people digitally.
The programme left participants with a better understanding of gold as an asset class and its role in diversification. It also increased awareness of wealth creation through disciplined investing, and encouraged women entrepreneurs to take a more structured approach to personal financial planning. The Power Circle format added value through business networking and referral opportunities.
Silverline Wealth Management Pvt. Ltd. was the partner for the event, and the initiative was coordinated by Sajni Mashruwala of the Financial Literacy Vertical. Overall, the event helped participants feel more confident about exploring investment options beyond traditional savings, in line with FLO’s commitment to the financial independence of women.
