FLO Pune, under the leadership of Chairperson Poonam Kochhar, organised a Factory Visit to Without®, a Pune-based startup featured on Shark Tank India, giving 10 FLO members firsthand exposure to innovative and sustainable manufacturing practices. Members witnessed Without®’s patented technology for recycling difficult-to-recycle multi-layer plastic waste, including chip packets, biscuit wrappers and sachets, and learned how these materials are transformed into durable, sustainable products.
The visit included an interactive session with Mr.Srishti Deopa-People and Culture Lead, Mr. Yash Pathak-Procurement Manager, Ms.Avanti Dhaigude-Executive Director, Foundation Without and Ms.Amish Nayan-Chief of Staff. They shared insights into the company’s entrepreneurial journey, technology, business model, and sustainability-focused approach. Discussions highlighted circular economy principles, responsible waste management, reducing landfill waste, and the role of startups in developing scalable solutions to environmental challenges.
The visit provided valuable insights into how innovation and entrepreneurship can create commercially viable solutions while generating positive environmental impact, reinforcing FLO Pune’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and responsible business practices.
