FLO Kanpur organized an impactful workshop on “AI & Digital Tools for Business” on 27th June 2026 at the Merchant Chamber of Commerce, with Ms. Rozy Maindoliya, Founder & Director of ThirdEye, as the special speaker. The workshop was conducted under the themes of Technology, Digital Transformation, and Entrepreneurship, with the objective of helping women entrepreneurs and professionals understand how emerging digital technologies can be practically integrated into their businesses.
The session focused on the growing importance of Artificial Intelligence in today’s business environment and demonstrated how AI-powered tools can simplify various tasks without requiring coding or advanced technical knowledge. Participants were introduced to practical applications of AI for creating websites, applications, presentations, branding materials, marketing content, and other business resources. The workshop also highlighted how digital tools can improve productivity, creativity, customer engagement, and overall business efficiency.
The biggest highlight of the programme was its one-to-one mentoring format conducted in small batches. Rather than limiting the session to theoretical discussions, participants received personalized guidance and hands-on support based on their individual learning needs and business requirements. This approach enabled participants to experiment with different AI tools, clarify their queries, and gain confidence in applying the technology independently.
With 35 FLO members participating and 35 beneficiaries, the workshop witnessed an enthusiastic response. The programme also created a broader footprint of 250, reflecting the reach and interest generated through the initiative. Participants gained practical exposure to AI tools that can help them save time, strengthen their digital presence, and develop innovative solutions for their businesses.
The overwhelming response from members demonstrated the increasing interest among women entrepreneurs in acquiring future-ready digital skills. Encouraged by the success of the first batch, FICCI FLO Kanpur plans to conduct a second batch of the workshop, enabling more members to benefit from personalized and practical AI learning. The initiative represents FLO Kanpur’s continued commitment to promoting technology adoption, innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital empowerment among women.
