FLO Chennai, under the leadership of Chairperson Dr. Amulya Rao, in collaboration with TN RISE, conducted the webinar “AI for Business Growth – Practical Digital Skills for Women Entrepreneurs.” The session was attended by 40 women entrepreneurs from across Tamil Nadu and was conducted entirely in Tamil, ensuring greater accessibility and participation.
The programme commenced with a welcome address, followed by an introduction to TN RISE and the collaboration by Arun, TN RISE. The two-hour interactive workshop was led by Sathiya Francis, who covered practical applications of AI for business growth, prompt engineering, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, digital productivity, responsible AI usage, and POSH awareness. The session also included live demonstrations, interactive Q&A, and participant feedback.
A structured feedback form was circulated after the session to assess participant comprehension and gather inputs for future workshops. The response was very encouraging and will help shape the next phase of programmes under the FICCI FLO Chennai–TN RISE collaboration. This marks a promising beginning to a partnership that will continue to build digital capabilities and support women entrepreneurs across Tamil Nadu.
