FLO Pune, under the leadership of Chairperson Poonam Kochhar, organized an insightful webinar, titled “Mastering Taxes, Empowering Women,” at GST Bhavan, ICE House, Sangamvadi, Pune. The session focused on creating awareness among members about the fundamentals of GST and its practical implications for businesses, with a focus on compliance, return filing, tax rates, exports, and government schemes.
The session enabled entrepreneurs and MSMEs to better understand GST requirements, strengthen compliance practices, and make informed business decisions. The session featured Ms. Damini and Ms. Ayushi, Assistant Commissioners, GST Department, and was inaugurated by Shri Neeraj Kansal, Chief Commissioner, Customs & CGST, Pune and Goa Zone.
The speakers covered the fundamentals of GST, its importance in creating a transparent taxation system, and its role in facilitating ease of doing business.
