On 14th July 2026, Hotel Clarks Avadh hosted one of FLO Lucknow’s largest and most introspective gatherings of the year, with 165+ members participating in “Train Your Brain with Saloni Suri.” The session explored how the brain develops and reinforces thought patterns that influence decision-making, confidence, and self-perception.
Neuro Coach Saloni Suri took members beyond conventional motivational approaches, explaining the mechanisms through which thought patterns are formed and reinforced over time. The session highlighted that limiting beliefs are not fixed personality traits but learned neural pathways that can be changed through conscious and consistent practice.
Members were introduced to practical, repeatable techniques for recognising and interrupting limiting thought patterns and gradually developing more supportive ones. Rather than focusing simply on “positive thinking,” the session offered a structured, neuroscience-based approach that participants could apply to everyday situations, including moments of self-doubt or hesitation.
The programme also reflected the personal commitment of Chairperson Simran Sahni, who played an active role in shaping and supporting the initiative. Her involvement reinforced the importance FLO Lucknow places on creating meaningful opportunities for personal growth and transformation.
Impact & Outcome
More than 165 members participated in the session and gained a practical framework for understanding and working with their thought patterns.
The programme went beyond short-term motivation by equipping members with actionable tools for cognitive change—techniques they can revisit and apply when familiar limiting patterns resurface in their personal or professional lives.
