FLO Bangalore, under the leadership of Chairperson Deepa Boopesh Reddy, organized “She Shines: Soft Skills & Image Management Workshop under its Social Impact Circle. Held at Vidya School of Excellence, the engaging and transformative Soft Skills Workshop was tailored for about 50 students. Conducted by renowned image consultant and etiquette expert Bia Sandhu, the interactive session aimed to equip young women with essential life skills, boosting their confidence as they prepare for academic and professional success.
The workshop was focused on three core pillars critical for personal and career development: Social & Professional Etiquette, Personal Grooming & Image Management, and Career & Interview Readiness. The programme was attended by Mrs. Deepa Bhoopesh Reddy, Chairperson, FICCI FLO Bengaluru; Ms. Neelam Agarwal, Head – Social Impact Circle; Ms. Rupa Bajaj; Ms. Bia Sandhu; and Ms. Swathi Kadur.
