FLO Uttarakhand celebrated International Yoga Day 2026 with Soul Sutra, a rejuvenating wellness experience held on 21 June 2026 at Hotel Ishan by Salvus, Rishikesh. Organized under the leadership of Chairperson Tripti Behl, the initiative reflected the chapter’s continued commitment to promoting holistic health, mindful living, and community well-being among its members. The session was led by renowned yoga expert Yogini Ritu Lamba, who guided participants through a transformative yoga and wellness practice.
The event encouraged participants to embrace yoga as a sustainable lifestyle practice while highlighting the importance of preventive healthcare, mental resilience, and overall well-being. Set against the serene backdrop of Rishikesh, the celebration also showcased Uttarakhand’s immense potential as a global destination for wellness and spiritual tourism, reinforcing the chapter’s commitment to promoting the state’s rich cultural and wellness heritage.
The session was chaired by Diksha Bhatia (FLO Uttarakhand Sports Lead) and Mansi Sharma. Also, the gifting partner was DK Sports. Present on the occasion were Chairperson Tripti Behl, Past Chairperson Komal Batra, Vice Chairperson Smriti Batta, Secretary Harpreet Kaur Marwah, Joint Secretary Mamta Rawat, along with other FLO members.
