FLO Uttarakhand, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Tripti Behl, organized the “Boardroom Beyond Metros” masterclass, an exclusive leadership and corporate governance initiative organized in collaboration with Social Sutra on July 11, 2026, at SAGE, Haridwar.
Led by Ms. Behl, the program specifically targeted women leaders, entrepreneurs, and senior corporate professionals from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities—including Dehradun, Haridwar, and Roorkee—with the goal of breaking geographical barriers that often confine high-level corporate training to major metropolitan hubs.
Over 40 prominent women participated in the masterclass, which focused on equipping them with the knowledge, legal frameworks, and certification pathways necessary to qualify for and excel in Independent Director positions under Indian corporate law.
Featuring deep-dive compliance and leadership sessions led by distinguished governance experts, the event successfully built a vital local talent pool of board-ready female executives poised to bring diverse, sustainable perspectives to corporate boardrooms. The following speakers joined the event to provide insights on leadership and corporate governance:
