FICCI FLO successfully finished its 2nd Batch of the FLO Women Independent Directors Masterclass 2026–27. The second cohort of accomplished women professionals was trained to become board-ready.
The Masterclass is designed to equip women leaders with the knowledge, skills, and strategic understanding needed to navigate boardrooms with confidence, strengthen corporate governance, and contribute meaningfully to business leadership.
The masterclass was a part of the FLO Women Directors Initiative, led by Usharani Manne- Initiative Head- and Rutvi Vyas- Initiative Co-Lead. The initiative focused on boosting women’s participation in boardrooms, more diverse leadership, and stronger businesses.
