Cancer Awareness Talk
A Cancer awareness talk was conducted for the women of Selvapuram village with the help of The Coimbatore Cancer foundation. 42 rural women attended the program. Dr. Lakshmi Priya spoke to the women on the causes for cancer, detection methods and prevention. Pamplets were distributed on self examination for breast cancer and nutrition.
