FLO Pune, under the leadership of Ms. Anita Agarwal, organized a joyous cultural event to celebrate the vibrant festival of Teej. It brought together tradition, music, dance, and community bonding.
The cultural extravaganza saw 97 attendees who enthusiastically participated in a variety of activities, including live music and dance performances, fun games and interactive sessions, surprise gifts for all participants, special prizes for winners, and return gifts/tokens of appreciation for everyone.
A special highlight was the inclusion of a stall by Shantai NGO, supported under FLO’s MSME vertical. The women entrepreneurs showcased their handmade products, such as:
- Bhakari.
- Thecha.
- Traditional Maharashtrian chutneys.
- Handmade rakhis.
The event beautifully blended celebration with empowerment, giving a platform to local women artisans while creating memorable moments for all attendees. Also, it gathered FLO members for a celebration rich in culture.
