Princely Patronage in the Modern Era

FLO Chennai, led by Chairperson Dr. Divya Abhishek, in collaboration with Royal Fables and Nanagram Jewels, hosted a session. The event, attended by around 200 people was curated by Ms. Anshu Khanna, the discussion brought together distinguished royal dignitaries who shared their experiences of preserving heritage while contributing to societal welfare.

Led by Fashion and Jewellery Vertical Head Ms. Vidya Gajapati Raju Singh, the panel featured Princess Vidita Singh of Barwani, Maharani Shailaja Katoch of Kangra, and Kanwarani Kamini Singh of Seohara. The discussion centered on how erstwhile royal families continue to honor their ancestral legacies by integrating tradition with modern initiatives. The panelists highlighted their efforts in heritage conservation, sustainable tourism, and promoting traditional crafts.

The collections from Nanagram Jewels and a display featured select collections from Devasya, Just Chiffon, Charu Saigal, Kanwarani Ritu Sinhji Wakaner, Thiraai Handlooms, Chaar Chand, Foutri Bags, Namrata Singh Fine Jewellery, Aabharnam Foundation, and Ambi by Sujata Pai. These collections showcased craftsmanship, reinforcing the strong link between heritage, fashion, and sustainability, offering the audience a glimpse into the timeless elegance of heritage craftsmanship.
