Achieving Oneness with Mind and Body

To celebrate the International Yoga Day, FLO Coimbatore Chapter along with Suguna Pip School arranged an interactive session on Yoga for the students. Ms. Malathi Babu of Sai Karma Yoga Center, an eminent International certified teacher of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga was the Chief Guest. She taught the children simple yogasanas, pranayams and relaxation techniques.
