YFLO Ahmedabad, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Neha Goyal, successfully organized a Cooking Masterclass in collaboration with the HL College Alumni Association under the Kalacool initiative at HL Campus.
The masterclass was conducted by Chef Chandani Panjwani, who led an engaging and hands-on session focused on preparing Soups, Salad, and Market-Style Pav Bhaji, along with guidance on creating homemade Pav Bhaji masala. The session emphasized practical cooking techniques, flavour balancing, and easy-to-follow tips that participants could apply in their everyday cooking.
The interactive nature of the workshop encouraged active participation, with attendees asking questions, sharing personal experiences, and engaging in meaningful discussions. The session fostered a warm, collaborative, and learning-focused environment, aligning well with YFLO Ahmedabad’s objective of promoting skill-based and experiential initiatives.
The session received an enthusiastic response, with over 20 participants attending the workshop. The event concluded with High Tea, providing a relaxed setting for networking and informal interaction among participants.
