FLO Uttarakhand, under the leadership of Chairperson Dr. Geeta Khanna, organized a Workshop on Team Building at B.S. Negi Mahila Pravadhik Prashikshan Sansthan, Dehradun. The workshop was conducted as part of Project Skill Her – Health & Wellness Series, led by Ms. Rama Chopra and Ms. Gurkiran Pathak.
FLO member and professor at Doon Business School, Dr. Neha Choksi, facilitated the session, making it highly interactive and engaging. The workshop aimed at instilling in students the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication. Through a series of hands-on activities and fun exercises, the participants not only enjoyed the learning process but also discovered the key components of building an effective team.
The session, attended by around 150 students, was designed to empower young women with essential life skills that foster growth, confidence, and success. FLO member Alka Kukreti was also present during the event, adding to the encouragement and support extended to the students.
