FLO Hyderabad launched the Bedside Healthcare Training and Placement project for Std. 10th/ 12th female students, from the underserved section of society. 65 young girls underwent rigorous training of 5 days by implementation partner McLean Skill Academy prior to being placed in leading hospitals. 100% placement guaranteed in AIG Hospitals, KIMS, and Rainbow Hospitals as bedside attendants to assist nurses. Priya Gazdar, Chairperson, initiated the session with a motivational address encouraging the trainees to build confidence, and self-love and stay on track for success. Hon. Secretary Sujitha Chityala highlighted the = importance of financial independence. Hon. Jt. Secretary Rashi Agarwal emphasised the need for an empathetic approach and building resilience for success in their line of work.
