FICCI FLO, under the leadership of the National President, Ms. Poonam Sharma, in collaboration with DEET (Digital Employment Exchange of Telangana), hosted a virtual workshop on “Resume Preparation,” featuring certified soft skills trainer and entrepreneur Ms. Prachi Bothra as the main speaker. Founder of Persoura, Ms. Prachi is known for empowering people by making them feel confident in who they are.
Also, this virtual session was curated by Day Chair Shubhraa Maheshwari, with the support of team members, Ms. Priya Gazdar, Dr. Simarpreet S., Ms. Surabhi B, Ms. Apoorva K, Ms. Bhavani M, and Ms. Radhika G. The resume preparation workshop is a part of FLO’s Linkages between academia, industry, and the government initiative, which empowers young students and women by providing them with opportunities for employment, upskilling, and reintegration into the workforce.
This initiative creates platforms for industry exposure and government-enabled opportunities for women. The resume preparation workshop helped the attendees in learning about creating a strong resume to get better career opportunities. Participants benefited from this virtual session as they understood how to highlight their strengths and achievements properly in their resumes.
Ms. Prachi Bothra shared practical insights on creating a perfect resume to stand out from the crowd. Around 144 attendees participated in the part of the resume preparation workshop. The session ensured that women are not just job seekers but valued contributors to India’s growth story.
