FLO Uttarakhand, under the leadership of Chairperson Dr. Geeta Khanna, organized a “Training of Trainers Workshop on Prompt Engineering with AI Tools” at Olympus High, GMS Road, Dehradun. The workshop aimed to equip educators with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively integrate AI tools like ChatGPT into their teaching methodologies, lesson planning, and professional development.
It was chaired by Anuradha Malla, Past Chairperson (2023–24) and Mentor for the Digital Literacy vertical. Conducted in collaboration with DBS Global University and hosted by Olympus High, the session was led by trainers Dr. Neha Choksi, Assistant Professor, and Dr. Raghav Upadhyai, Associate Professor at DBS Global University.
The trainers were welcomed by Principal Dr. Jyoti Gupta, Director of Education Dr. Anuradha Pundeer Malla, and Managing Director of the school Dr. Kunal Shamshere Malla. As a token of gratitude, a memento was presented to the trainers by Dr. Anuradha Pundeer Malla.
The day-long workshop covered a wide range of key areas, including effective questioning and creative teaching pedagogy, curriculum development and brainstorming ideas, language support and content comparison, exam and presentation design, research support, resume building, mentorship strategies, and hands-on exploration of trending AI tools.
The session aimed to unlock the full potential of AI in enhancing communication, critical thinking, and productivity for educators. This capacity-building workshop empowered teachers with practical tools and real-time applications of AI in classroom settings, aligning with the rapidly changing educational landscape.
Participants gained valuable insights into how prompt engineering and AI-powered platforms can be used to make teaching more dynamic, inclusive, and impactful. The event concluded with the distribution of participation certificates to all attendees. Around 100 attendees participated in this workshop centered around the application of AI tools.
