FLO Mumbai, under the leadership of chairperson Pooja Arambhan Tiwari, organised an impactful session titled “The Leader Within”, a part of the startup & entrepreneurship vertical. It was the chapter’s Monsoon Members Getaway to the tranquil hills of Pawna on July 18th, 2025.
Against the breathtaking backdrop of Pawna Lake, members were welcomed into the warm embrace of Tehmina Khandwala’s picturesque bungalow, a haven that exuded both luxury and soul. The venue itself set the tone for a day that would go beyond the ordinary, into deep connections and meaningful growth.
The engaging session “The Leader Within” featured guest speaker Dr. Nidhika Bahl, a celebrated transformation coach and official mentor to Miss & Mr. India. Her workshop took members through a journey of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personality decoding. From a fun and revealing personality quiz to powerful insights on interpersonal dynamics, Dr. Bahl empowered each participant to not only understand themselves better but also to navigate relationships, both personal and professional.
One of the event’s highlights was a guided speed networking session, FLO Style, a lively and structured format that enabled members to break the ice, share their passions, and build deeper, authentic connections. New friendships were forged, old bonds strengthened, and meaningful collaborations envisioned — all in true FLO spirit.
The day ended with heartfelt hugs, laughter echoing across the hills, and memories etched deeply in every heart. A total of 21 attendees benefited from this session. FICCI FLO Mumbai once again demonstrated that when women come together with purpose and passion, magic unfolds.
