FLO Bangalore, under the leadership of Chairperson Dekyi Yangtso Chawla, organized a high-impact and immersive workshop titled “Speak Your Story – The Power of Personal Branding” at Prestige Falcon Towers. The workshop featured speaker Dr. Rakesh Godhwani, Adjunct Faculty, IIM Bangalore, and founder & CEO of School of Meaningful Experiences (SoME).
Held under the Women in Leadership and Friends of FLO initiatives, this immersive workshop aimed to help women articulate their identity, strengthen leadership presence, and communicate with clarity and confidence. Dr. Rakesh Godhwani, a renowned communication expert and leadership coach, enabled participants to shape the narrative at the core of their personal and professional identity through a framework-driven approach.
The workshop empowered 55 participants to move beyond surface-level introductions and develop authentic, purpose-led personal brand statements. Through interactive exercises, storytelling tools, and reflective dialogue, members explored how values, voice, and vision come together to influence perception and leadership impact.
Participants gained practical techniques to communicate with intention, align personal values with professional goals, and build credibility through consistent, meaningful storytelling. The session fostered self-awareness, confidence, and strategic clarity—key attributes for women navigating leadership, entrepreneurship, and career growth.
