Sneh Stall at “Bold, Brave, and Beyond”

FLO Chennai, under the leadership of Chairperson Niyati A. Mehta, hosted a stall at the Bold, Brave, and Beyond event at ITC Grand Chola, Guindy, for Sneh, an NGO committed to the vocational empowerment of differently abled individuals as part of an ongoing mission to foster inclusion and empowerment through skill-building and entrepreneurship. Through its model of sheltered employment, Sneh provides meaningful work opportunities that enable dignity, independence, and self-reliance.

The NGO was offered a complimentary stall at the “Bold, Brave, and Beyond” event, where they showcased a vibrant array of products crafted by their talented artisans. From handmade pottery and home décor items to traditional Indian games, tote bags, and planters, the stall beautifully reflected the creativity and craftsmanship of the differently abled workforce that Sneh supports.

A thoughtfully designed poster detailing the range of products and the stories behind their makers added depth and context, creating a strong emotional connection with the 183 members who attended the event. The exposure Sneh received at this event not only resulted in several on-the-spot sales but also opened the door for future collaborations and bulk orders. More importantly, it helped raise awareness about the capabilities of the differently abled and the value of inclusive employment models. Many members were moved by the cause and expressed interest in supporting Sneh’s products at future events and within their own networks.

FLO Chennai remains steadfast in its commitment to supporting initiatives that create sustainable impact through vocational training and economic empowerment. The presence of Sneh at Bold, Brave, and Beyond reaffirmed our belief that when provided with the right platform, every individual—regardless of ability—can thrive, contribute meaningfully, and inspire change.
