FLO Indore, in collaboration with Indore Police Department and Mukul Madhav Foundation (MMF) organized a certification ceremony and safety tips workshop for rural women and girls aiming to foster their independence and equip them with essential life skills. The event was under Skilling, Collaborations and Rural Livelihood. Around 60 women and girls underwent a 2-month training program in computer literacy and stitching. The program culminated in a certification ceremony where the participants were felicitated for their successful completion of the courses.
The workshop provided insightful guidance on various safety measures like responsible use of social media, downloading the Citizen Cop App to report lost mobile phones, maintaining vigilance over children’s online activity on Google and YouTube, and avoiding the creation or sharing of inappropriate content.
