The session featured Celebrity Nutritionist Pooja Makhija and renowned Wellness Entrepreneur Suparna Trikha, who shared practical wellness insights.
Pooja Makhija debunked myths, emphasizing that “carbs are our friends” and offering tips to make rice, pasta, and bread healthier. She recommended a balanced “fist formula” for meals, ensuring carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and water in every meal, along with prioritizing 7 hours of sleep at night. She also highlighted the importance of hydration, suggesting 70% of water intake should happen before 7 pm.
Suparna Trikha encouraged making skincare as routine as brushing teeth and shared natural recipes to reduce dryness, pigmentation, and dark circles, and maintain silky, straight hair. She motivated women to prioritize self-care as an essential part of daily life. Her practical demonstration kept the audience engaged and enthusiastic.
