FLO Kanpur’s Health & Fitness and Design & Culture Communities organized an event under the National Initiative – Membership Engagement and Networking. Curated by Siddhi Jain and Richa Agnihotri, the event combined a historical walk and a sound healing session, offering attendees a blend of cultural exploration and wellness.
The event featured a History Walk, which explored the rich history of Nanarao Park, signifying the 1857 Mutiny. The Buddha Bargad (Banyan Tree) and the huge well inside the park were central points of discussion. Participants also learned about the heroic events tied to the site.
Another session was the Sound Healing Session, which was designed to promote relaxation and mental well-being amidst the serene surroundings of the park.
The event provided a platform for members of the Health & Fitness and Design & Culture communities to connect and exchange ideas in an informal setting.
