FLO Lucknow, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Vandita Agarwal, under the Rural Initiative of FICCI FLO Lucknow Chapter, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CIMAP) to promote skill development and entrepreneurship among rural women.
The MoU signing took place in the presence of Prof. A.K. Tripathi, Director, CIMAP; Dr. Malathi Lakshmikumaran, Executive Director, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan; and Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Senior Scientist, CIMAP.
Representing FLO Lucknow were Ms. Vandita Agarwal, Chairperson, and Ms. Shruti Shandilya, Co-founder of Tirwa Farms. Supported by the Mukul Madhav Foundation, the initiative aims to train women in the cultivation of aromatic plants used in attars and essential oils—creating pathways to independence, entrepreneurship, and sustainable growth.
