Ms. Abhishek shared practical strategies on budgeting, credit management, investing, and creating financial confidence. Held under the FLO Startup Cell initiative, the event highlighted the importance of planning wealth creation and disciplined investment in the current economic climate.
Divya Abhishek emphasized the importance of saving 20% of income, managing credit card usage wisely, and creating an emergency fund covering 12 months of expenses. She discussed insurance options, recommending life insurance for primary earners and health insurance for everyone, while cautioning against high-premium money-back policies.
Then, the session covered investment strategies, including mutual funds, stocks, and gold investments, with Divya advising against digital gold and encouraging participants to consult advisors before making major investment decisions.
