FLO Vadodara, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Shivani P. Patel, hosted “Legally Blonde – From Success to Succession,” a knowledge-driven session aimed at strengthening women’s legal acumen in family law and succession planning. The session featured renowned legal experts Mr. Rishabh Shroff and Ms. Paridhi Adani, Partners at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, who shared contemporary perspectives relevant to today’s urban families and professionals.
The speakers addressed evolving succession practices in India and globally, reflecting changing family structures, business ownership models, and professional roles of women. Emphasis was laid on the importance of planning succession during one’s lifetime, understanding wills, and recognizing legal rights and responsibilities in both personal and professional capacities.
