FLO Vadodara, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Shivani P. Patel, with the support of Udayan Care, organized a digital literacy–focused session on Artificial Intelligence for girls pursuing 2nd and 3rd year graduation associated with Udayan Care under the Udayan Shalini Fellowship Program.
The session was conducted by Mr. Sagar Soni and aimed at building awareness of emerging digital technologies and their role in everyday life. During the session, the girls were introduced to the basics of Artificial Intelligence and its presence in commonly used digital tools such as virtual assistants, chatbots, recommendation systems, and smart devices.
Emphasis was placed on understanding how data is collected, patterns are identified, and algorithms function behind digital applications. Through practical examples and simple hands-on demonstrations, the participants learned how to interact with AI-powered tools safely, thoughtfully, and effectively.
The session highlighted how AI enhances digital learning, improves access to information, and supports creativity and career exploration. It encouraged analytical thinking, responsible technology usage, and confidence in navigating digital platforms. Overall, the session enhanced 36 girls’ digital literacy and empowered them to use technology more consciously for learning, problem-solving, and future opportunities.
