Dr. Divya Abhishek, Chairperson of FLO Chennai, was invited to speak at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER) in Chennai, addressing an audience of 300 female doctors and faculty members. The event, centered around the theme “Accelerate Action,” aimed to inspire and empower women in the medical field to take proactive steps in leadership, professional growth, and societal impact.
Dr. Divya Abhishek emphasized the significance of women-led initiatives, mentorship, and collaboration in driving meaningful change within the healthcare sector. She highlighted how FLO Chennai has been instrumental in supporting women professionals across industries, advocating for gender inclusivity, skill development, and economic empowerment.
She urged the attendees to embrace innovation, upskill continuously, and mentor the next generation of female medical professionals to create a more inclusive and dynamic healthcare ecosystem.
