FLO Indore organized a panel discussion on “Education and Working Parents” at Choithram International School, Indore. The event aimed to explore modern educational challenges and the critical role of parental involvement in shaping resilient young minds.
The event was attended by around 35 participants, including Senior Vice Chair, FLO Indore, CA Shweta Agrawal, and committee members, Ms. Chhavi Doshi, Ms. Palak Hassanandani, Ms. Ginni Chhabra, Ms. Ankita Khabia, and Ms. Vaishali Shivhare. The discussion was divided into 2 panels, each comprising, five esteemed FLO Indore members, 2 educationists from Choithram International School, and 2 parents. Each session was moderated by FLO members, Ms. Ankita Hemnani and Ms. Shweta Khandelwal.
The distinguished panelists included – Ms. Aastha Shastri Jain, Ms. Bhavika Manghwani, Ms. Shruti S Maheshwari, Dr. Ankita Dhadich Goel, Ms. Sonam Jain, Adv. Nandini B Gujarati, Ms. Neha Mehta, Dr. Raina Jain, Ms. Chetana Sharma and Dr. Aditi Bardia Ghodawat. The event was chaired by Dr. Priyanka Mokshamar, FLO member.
The discussion emphasized the significance of parental involvement, with educators, highlighting the need for quality time spent with children. A key focus was also on building resilience in students, encouraging them to stand against bullying, and the challenges faced by working mothers in balancing professional and personal responsibilities.
