FLO Jaipur, under the leadership of Chairperson Dr. Rimmi Shekhawat, organized the impactful health initiative FLO RUDHIR under the National Health and Wellness Cell. Conducted in collaboration with the Shri Maanpratap Foundation and hosted at SMS Medical College, Jaipur, the initiative focused on two vital areas: CPR training and a Pan-Rajasthan blood donation campaign.
The CPR training workshop, held at the Trauma Center’s Skill Lab, featured sessions conducted by President Awardees Shri Rajkumar Rajpal and Shri Radhey Lal Sharma, with support from master trainers. Around 50 FLO members were trained in critical life-saving skills, including the difference between cardiac arrest and heart attack, the ABCs of Basic Life Support, and the RAP protocol. Participants also engaged in hands-on CPR practice and received national-level BLS certification. A special session by Ms. Urvashi Singh highlighted the importance of organ donation, adding further depth to the day’s purpose.
Simultaneously, the FLO RUDHIR Blood Donation Drive made an impact by collecting nearly 500 units of blood across 6 centers in Rajasthan, including Jaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Sikar, and more. Dignitaries, including Dr. Deepak Maheshwari and Dr. Manish Agrawal of SMS Medical College, and Shri Devendra Singh Ji Singhasan of the Maanpratap Foundation, graced the initiative.
