- Enhanced Allocation for Innovation & AI Centers to position Jammu & Kashmir as a hub for technological advancement and digital transformation.
- Incentive Schemes for Local Investments to encourage entrepreneurship, start-ups, and businesses to thrive within the state.
- Reduction in CLU (Change of Land Use) & Building Permissions to streamline regulatory approvals and enhance ease of doing business.
- Creation of an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) to Encourage Private Capital Expenditure (Capex) and attract significant private sector investments.
- Positioning Jammu as a Premier Tourism Hub through targeted infrastructure development, marketing, and policy support to boost the hospitality sector.
- Development of a Warehouse Park & Cold Chain Logistics to enhance supply chain efficiency, benefiting industries like agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG.
- Modernization of Public Amenities to improve urban infrastructure, ensuring better quality of life and making Jammu & Kashmir future-ready.
