FLO Bangalore, under the leadership of Chairperson, Dekyi Yangtso Chawla, hosted an event, “FLO-AWE-SUM,” at Prestige Falcon Towers under its leadership initiative. As a part of the AWE- Accelerating Women Entrepreneurs vertical, this event was a transformational leadership development experience that embodied purpose, presence, and meaningful impact for FLO members.
Conceptualised by Awe Vertical Head Dr. Kshama Shah Bhatia and presented alongside a passionate team—Bindu Sastry, Priya Ramanarayan, Ira Gelani, and Anita Makharia—the program was a unique confluence of high energy, deep reflection, and actionable insight. The event was further enriched by Past Chair Namrata Bhatia’s meditations, anchoring the group in inner stillness and clarity.
The day unfolded across seven thoughtfully crafted modules—from Avāhan (intention setting) to Sankalp Chakra (commitment to growth)—each building on the other to explore the essence of authentic leadership. Participants laughed, shared, reflected, and shifted—engaging deeply with themselves and with others.
