FLO Ludhiana, under the leadership of Chairperson Shweta Jindal, organised an orientation meeting for the executive committee members in the presence of the core committee and the past chairperson council. The meeting began promptly with the distribution of review forms to all executive members. Then, a special orientation was conducted by the past chair committee members, Mrs Rashmi Bector, Mrs Radhika Gupta, Mrs Nandita Bhaskar, Mrs Neha Gupta, and Mrs Ankita Gupta, to guide the new executive members and reinforce the values, responsibilities, and culture of FLO.
