FLO Bangalore, under the leadership of Chairperson Dekyi Yangtso Chawla, in collaboration with Mukul Madhav Foundation and Samarpaka, continued its commitment to inclusive empowerment through a focused Beauty & Wellness skilling program conducted at Siree’s Women’s Salon and Skill Academy. Led by Chairperson Dekyi Yangtso Chawla, along with Vandana Sarin, Vertical Head – Social Initiatives, the initiative aimed to equip women with practical, industry-relevant skills that translate directly into livelihood opportunities.
The program provided hands-on training in beauty and wellness services, enabling participants to build confidence, technical capability, and pathways to self-employment or sustainable income generation. Siree’s played a pivotal role in facilitating the training with professionalism and care, ensuring a structured, enriching, and impactful learning experience for around 50 women.
This initiative reinforced FLO Bangalore belief that skill-based empowerment is a catalyst for long-term social change—creating financially independent, confident women who can uplift families and communities through meaningful work.
