Empowering Educators – Workshop on Prompt Engineering

FLO Uttarakhand, under the leadership of Chairperson Dr. Geeta Khanna, in collaboration with DBS Global University, hosted a transformative workshop titled “Empowering Educators: Workshop on Prompt Engineering” at The Horizon School, Dehradun. Hosted under the Digital Literacy Initiative, the workshop aimed at equipping educators with essential digital tools and knowledge to integrate Artificial Intelligence into their teaching methodologies. 

The workshop focused on fostering innovation in the classroom and promoting lifelong learning. Also, this session was led by eminent academicians Dr. Raghav Upadhyai and Dr. Neha Choksi, who bring over two decades of expertise each in management, research, training, and digital education. 

Their engaging, hands-on approach provided participants with a deep understanding of prompt engineering and the practical applications of AI tools like ChatGPT in the field of education. The workshop not only enhanced participants’ digital literacy but also aligned with FLO Uttarakhand’s mission of empowering women through education and skill-building. 

A total of 20 teachers from The Horizon School attended the workshop. The event concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, where each participant was awarded a certificate of participation by the resource persons and the school Principal, Namrata Sharma. 

Mrs. Sharma expressed sincere gratitude to the guest speakers for their insightful contribution and praised the session for being interactive, enriching, and highly relevant in today’s rapidly evolvingdigital education landscape. The event generated a meaningful engagement by reaching around 1200 individuals.
