Chocolate Are Serious Business

FLO Bangalore, under the leadership of Chairperson Dekyi Yangtso Chawla, organized a visit to the Smoor Experience Centre to witness the interesting chocolate-making session. As a part of the gourmet vertical, attendees tasted artisanal chocolates and baklava and understood the process behind their making. Also, it was an urban skilling session which focused on teaching this art to the attendees in order to create a serious chocolate business. Attendees learned the process at the Smoor Experience Centre from melting and moulding to packaging and marketing. 

Attendees witnessed the complete production line, complemented by live tasting sessions of chocolates and baklava. The visit was enriched by an engaging address from Ms. Kanchan Achpal, CMO of Smoor, who shared the brand’s growth and diversification strategy. The session was gracefully chaired by Ms. Deepa Reddy, Senior Vice Chair, and created an environment of learning, discovery, and camaraderie.
