The Change of Guard ceremony that brought in a new, power-packed Executive Committee comprising of Renu Kapoor – Chairperson, Falguni Padode – Senior Vice Chairperson, Swati Mayekar – Vice Chairperson, Anu Bhatia ? Treasurer, Minali Shah ? Executive Secretary and Monica Chaturvedi ? Joint Secretary, also had a skilled mentalist empowering the power-packed audience of over 75 women from word go. Kruti Parekh, mentalist, mind reader, and professor of engineering used science and logic to showcase how the mind can be empowered to make conscious, rational and powerful decisions. The take home message: we can control our minds and thoughts in order to take charge of our own lives. The committeeÍs aim of working towards women empowerment was put into practice immediately, at once enabling and liberating our members from fixed mindsets.
