Baking Class by FICCI FLO Lucknow in Association with DWWF

FLO Lucknow, under the leadership of Chairperson Vandita Agarwal, in collaboration with the Deaf Women Welfare Foundation (DWWF), organized a special Baking Class for three months, at the DWWF Centre, Halwasiya Market. The session is designed especially for the hearing-impaired community.

The baking class empowered them with vocational skills that can help them achieve financial independence in the future. The participants is going to be trained in the art of baking with practical demonstrations and hands-on learning.

The initiative reflects FICCI FLO’s continuous efforts to create opportunities for skill development and livelihood generation. By learning baking techniques, the beneficiaries can later use these skills to set up small businesses, supply baked goods, or seek employment in the food industry, thereby contributing towards self-reliance and sustainable income generation.

The event was well-received, with enthusiastic participation, and marked yet another step towards FLO Lucknow’s mission of empowering women and creating inclusive growth opportunities. Around 80 beneficiaries became a part of this Baking Class.
