FLO Vadodara, with the support of Udayan Care, organized an art workshop for girls pursuing 1st year of graduation, associated with Udayan Care under the Udayan Shalini Fellowship Program. The session was conducted by interns from Navrachana University and aimed at encouraging creative expression and emotional well-being.
During the workshop, the girls explored different art forms, colours, and techniques to create their own artwork. They learned how art can be an effective medium to express feelings, ideas, and experiences that may be difficult to communicate verbally. The participants also understood the importance of patience, focus, and attention to detail while creating art.
Group art activities encouraged teamwork, collaboration, and the sharing of ideas among the 31 girls. The session enabled the girls to experience the joy of creativity, which contributed to stress reduction and helped build self-confidence and self-expression.
