Anshukam 3.0 – FICCI FLO’s Fashion & Lifestyle Exhibition

FICCI FLO, under the leadership of National President Ms. Poonam Sharma, hosted the third edition of its fashion and lifestyle exhibition, “Anshukam,” at The Ashok, Niti Marg, New Delhi. Hosted under the national initiative, Handloom, Textile & Handicrafts, the exhibition celebrated India’s rich heritage and empowered Indian artisans and weavers. This initiative helps the women artisans thrive in modern markets by providing them with access to essential skills and knowledge.

Anshukam 3.0, where tradition meets modern luxury, brought around 70+ women-led brands from jewellery and fashion to home décor and wellness under one roof in one day. The exhibition featured authentic weaves, award-winning artisans, and indigenous crafts from all over India. It provided a platform to women entrepreneurs to showcase their products and network with each other. The Anshukam exhibition promoted sustainable and ethical fashion while highlighting artisanal craftsmanship.

Chief Guests, Dr. Hina Shafi Bhat and Ms. Isha Koppikar, inaugurated the event and came in support of the FLO Handloom, Textile & Handicrafts initiative. They visited several stalls, interacted with exhibitors, and highlighted the importance of supporting women-led businesses in the fashion and lifestyle sectors. 

The exhibition featured stunning fashion shows that showcased the latest trends and designs from participating brands. These shows provided a dynamic platform for designers to present their collections to a broader audience. Interactive experiences at Anshukam 3.0 included complimentary foot massages, karmic fortune readings, and indigenous crafts by Indian weavers and artisans, which made the event memorable for everyone. 

FLO National President, Ms. Poonam Sharma, emphasized FLO’s commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs, artisans, and promoting indigenous crafts. A special thank you to Handloom, Textiles, and Handicrafts initiative heads, Swati Verma and Sunita Kanoria, and event mentor, Madhuri Halwasiya, for their contributions towards the success of the event. 

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with the Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA) for a significant collaboration aimed at promoting and supporting the event industry. Over 12,000 attendees registered for the event, and 110 FLO members attended the event. 

The third edition of Anshukam successfully achieved its objectives of promoting women entrepreneurship, celebrating indigenous crafts, and providing a platform for meaningful interactions among participants and attendees.
